Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the views from my room. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired and overall value for money was lacking, particularly with the high prices for both dining and amenities.
I recently stayed at the hotel for the Melbourne Cup Carnival, and while there were some highlights, my experience fell short in several areas. The hotel is well-positioned and had an excellent event service on the 28th floor. However, issues with the room key and breakfast service really impacted my overall impression. It's a mixed bag of convenience and annoyance during a busy period.
My recent stay had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and the location was great, I was disappointed by the inconsistent service and the pool situation. The amenities promised didn't quite match the reality, leading to a less enjoyable experience than expected.
I spent a few nights at this hotel, and while it has a great rooftop pool and a fantastic view, there were some aspects that left me wanting more, particularly regarding the bathroom privacy and service timing. The location is convenient for both shopping and sightseeing, but the hotel has some serious issues that should be addressed to live up to its rating.
I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, it fell short on several fronts. While the room was decent with a comfortable bed, the cleanliness was questionable, and there was an unsettling incident with housekeeping. The location is quite central, making it convenient to explore the area. However, some amenities were not as accessible as I had expected, especially the Sky Bar which was closed for private events. Overall, it wasn't the luxury experience I anticipated.
